I began playing the horn at age 10, and I studied with some outstanding teachers, including:
- David Kamminga, Minnesota Orchestra
- David Ohanian, Boston Symphony
- Phil Myers, New York Philharmonic
Health issues forced an extended sabbatical from the horn, but I began playing again in 2010. Since then, I have had the opportunity to play with concert bands, chamber orchestras, horn ensembles, and symphonies. I have also played for church services.
